Mr. Lake is a Partner at DC Capital Partners. Mr. Lake has extensive experience identifying, valuing, structuring, negotiating, financing, executing, and exiting private equity investments in the Government Services, Engineering & Construction Services, Defense, and Aerospace industries having participated in over 30 investments in these industries.

At DC Capital, Mr. Lake has been involved with the formation, growth, and successful exit of National Interest Security Company, LLC ("NISC") to strategic acquirer IBM (NYSE: IBM). NISC was formed through the acquisition and integration of Multi-Threaded, Inc., Edge Consulting, Inc., Information Manufacturing Corporation, Athenyx, Inc., Omen, Inc., the intelligence services division of Global Analytic IT Services, Inc., and Technology and Management Services, Inc.

More recently, Mr. Lake has been involved in the formation and growth of Michael Baker Holdings, LLC, a global engineering, development, intelligence, and technology solutions platform formed through the acquisition and integration of Kaseman, LLC, Sallyport Global Holdings, Inc., Project Management Services, Inc., Cipher Systems, LLC, Rivacom Associates, Inc., Catapult Technology, Ltd., Computer Security Solutions, LLC, and Michael Baker Corporation.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Michael Baker Holdings, LLC, QRC Holdings, LLC, and The Spectrum Group, LLC. Mr. Lake is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Prior to joining DC Capital Partners, Mr. Lake was a member of the Veritas Capital investment team, a middle market private equity firm. At Veritas, Mr. Lake was directly involved with Veritas Capital Fund II investments in DynCorp International Inc., Athena Innovative Solutions, Inc., McNeil Technologies, Inc., and The Wornick Company. Mr. Lake began his professional career working in corporate finance at JP Morgan Securities.

Mr. Lake holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
